  1. This news make me so sad. But my opinion is that's a sage and noble choice.

    1. Do you think this man made the right decision for his life?If yes, why? If no, why? Please explain in detail.

Yes, I think he suffering from mortal wounds as a result of accident would be put to rest in hopes to end the suffering and both physical and mental pain. So i really agree with him.

    2. If this person was your family member would you let him go through with this decision? Please explain.

I will let him go through because the family wounds because we watch Patients. The patient does not do anything on the status of unpredictability; the family gets hurt and pain. So Euthanasia can give that the family can grieve properly.

    3. Did today's reading relate to the same decision discussed in this video? Was the government involved in his decision?

I'm not sure but I think so. But this decision is a social problem. And I think the Switzerland government was involved his decosion. So, they permitted that.

    4. Where was the man from and how did he take his own life?

He was from Zurich Switzerland. He was drunken poisonous stuff like water. I don't know name exactly.

  2. 1. Do you think this man made the right decision for his life?If yes, why? If no, why? Please explain in detail.
May be he did because he the doctors told him that anyway he would die. I personally think that the man did not have to give up because there are cases in which people get healthy even if they were in the worst condition. However, he thought not in himself, but also in his family.

    2. If this person was your family member would you let him go through with this decision? Please explain.
First of all, I would ask him/her how he is feeling. Then I would tell him/her that I will support him if he wants to live. And if he definitely decide to die, I will support him as well because we do not know how this person is suffering.

    3. Did today's reading relate to the same decision discussed in this video? Was the government involved in his decision?
Yes, it did because it was also about making a decision. The government was involved because if the euthanasia will happen, they have to accept and testify the process.

    4. Where was the man from and how did he take his own life?
He was from Zurich and he said that he would suffer more than if he keep living, but also his family would suffer; and anyway he would die.

  3. Thank you all for posting your comments. This was a sad video; however, what is sadder is that the man was in pain. As viewers we can only empathize with the family, but if we were put in the the same situation we wouldn't know what to do.
Thank you all for your comments

  4. 1. Do you think this man made the right decision for his life?If yes, why? If no, why? Please explain in detail.

No, he needs to keep himself alive because his decision will affect his family a lot. His dies gives his family a never forget memory and a bad example. If life is too hard we can not bear it we can choice die, Even though we still can alive.

    2. If this person was your family member would you let him go through with this decision? Please explain.

Yes, I will let him go but I would never forget this. I will let him go because I love him so I let him go. I wouldn’t forget this is that he choice dies in front of my face even though he could still alive.

    3. Did today's reading relate to the same decision discussed in this video? Was the government involved in his decision?

Yes. Yes, because without government permit doctor can not help people suicide.

    4. Where was the man from and how did he take his own life?

He was from Zurich. He was drunken a drug which can make him stop breathing.

  5. i think that he made a wrong decision. i know that ha had been suffering in pain of his incurable disease but he should use the pain relief medicine to overcome and then let the disease kill him.
i think the government was involved in his decision, but he they had to permit and respect the old man's decision.however, other people that stayed with the old man before he was dead had to take the recorded of his assisted suicide to prove that they just did what the old man desired.

  6. 1. Do you think this man made the right decision for his life?If yes, why? If no, why? Please explain in detail.
I would say anything about this that I am just so sad why he is in that situation. If I have to answer about this question, I will say "No" because of my religion which is Christianity. Sometimes I think of euthanasia, coma like heavy disease. If the technology has not developed, they don't need to concern of weather right to die or not.

    2. If this person was your family member would you let him go through with this decision? Please explain.
He said that he is so suffering and his wife, too. If this person was my family member, I would let him go. Because I have a experience that I was seeing someone who was dying because of a breast cancer. It was horrible that she was painful even not to say anything.

    3. Did today's reading relate to the same decision discussed in this video? Was the government involved in his decision?
Totally different story they have that one of the stories from the book is the parent want to kill their daughter but the court denied. And one story in this video is the patient want to die and his wife and his doctor help him to die. The government allows him to die.

    4. Where was the man from and how did he take his own life?
I'm not sure where he was from, but maybe he was from switzerland.
He was dying for three hours after drinking drugs that the doctor gave him.

  7. Do you think this man made the right decision for his life?If yes, why? If no, why? Please explain in detail.
I don't know, it is a very difficult decison to make. I think he didn't think about himself, he was thinking about his family and his pain.

    2. If this person was your family member would you let him go through with this decision? Please explain.
I don't think so, but reality could push one to think of ideas like this. Objectively, his decision is reasonable but subjectively it is an unaceptable decision.

    3. Did today's reading relate to the same decision discussed in this video? Was the government involved in his decision?
Yes the government is involved because the drug that killed this person is legal and the government should control this.

    4. Where was the man from and how did he take his own life?
He was from Zurich, switzerland. He take his own life by drinking a drug
